Jealously Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Jealously

Jealously

Jealously I drive in my car
-see them there in the sun
-they sit, walk; also run…
-…jog or bike…

Swollen lake surface
-smiles with shallow waves
-Romeo are the boats
-seek and search for space

Dogs act as Juliet
-show themselves in window
-and walk on balcony
-leashed to love

Only one has a rod
-for fishing!
-in wrong time!

Addicted and jealous
-I do what always do

"Journalist, " says one of diplomas
-therefore I do research
-curious, look around
-inside and, outside cars
-directly, side mirrors
-or somehow

She does what I have seen
-many times
-this game is repeated
-by women with long hair
-and often

She uses two fingers
-mid-index
-and plays with her hair
-twists them like weavers
-but is not…

She is a nine to five
-heads for home from job
-after-work must amuse her poor mind…

Possibly is depressed! ! !
