Jenna Poem by Darren Harris

Jenna

Rating: 5.0

I lay awake in bed at night,
And listen to your screams,
I hear your tortured tears,
As you’re locked within your dreams,
I want to run and help you,
Set you free from your prison cell,
I want to love and hold you,
And free you from this hell,
I want to give you all my love,
And let you know that I am there,
To help you anyway I can,
And set you free from your nightmare,
Your not alone, you never were,
I know you think that that’s not true,
I know I have not been there,
But my loves always been with you,
So don’t be afraid, I’m always there,
I hate to see you when you’re sad,
I love you now, forever and always
Goodnight, god bless, love dad.
