Jermiah's Story By Malachi Gentry

His life was sorrowful never enjoyed it

The hatred inside which he never shows this

Brain of a genius used as a dummy

Never tried on anything just to be funny

The heart of this man which he never enjoyed

He rebuilt off of many choices which he'd often ignore

When under pressure this would often annoy

Life's lesson that was taught thrown out the door

The words of his great grandfather would eventually dim

Live everyday like it is your last as he started to grin

He never took heed to his warning as my chances began to falter

When this never ending dream started to alter

The sun which was bright and he finally seen it's light

Beautiful, vibrant colors which reminded him of the night - gave him the power to take flight.

The life began to show its true purpose as my sorrow and pain began to become no more

As he walked away the true happiness inside of him showed and came ashore, this opened his last door...

The final thing he would remember,

Was the last talk they had in late december...
