Jesus, In Your Arms I'Ll Take My Rest - Poem by Bebai Rosa

O' my LORD whom my soul reveres
Hear the words of my heart so sincere
I stand before you, my garment rent
In dust and ashes I repent

Weathered by the storms, battered and bruised
Abandoned by all, but still you I choose
Weakened but not broken, with you I abide
My refuge, my rock with you I abide

I'll stand before YAH as my life unfolds
As judgement is declared, your hands I'll hold
He'll say 'Well done my good and faithful servant! '
Your prayers were indeed effectutal and fervent

Only once this way I'll pass
The word of YAH will forever last
I know that in the final hour
Face to face I'll see your glorious power
