Jesus Is Sweet
Other enticements are fleeting
O! What more do I need?
While He is ever enduring.
Jesus is sweet!
With all the cares no rest
But in His presence peace:
For this I have wandered in quest
Jesus is sweet!
Joy forfeited for pleasure
Yes! I wandered off Him so sweet
Still He gave me hope so sure
