Joanne's Dilemma Poem by Lilibeth Apat

Joanne's Dilemma

The bespectacled tutor captured her heart
Something unexpected, something weird;
For the person who tickles her pink with his ways
Is now the phantom that lurks in her dreams.

Couldn't blame her if she laughs at him,
I did the same thing when we first met,
His manners are truly funny
And I find him effeminate.

Some unplanned things happen sometimes,
And there she is, can't sleep at night,
I'm not sure which bothers her much,
Her assignments or the next day with Jam.
