You are the glory that starts my morning,
I am happy to hear your voice,
I wouldn't trade you for anything else,
Even if I had a choice,

You comfort me with your caring smile,
You brighten my darkest days,
The love I receive from your heart,
Shines down like summer rays,

How did I get by without you before,
In a world where I was so stifled,
Having you to free my soul,
My life has become enlightened,

Your love is the cover to keep me warm, ,
When the winds outside are cold,
You shelter me with your tenderness,
With you I want to grow old,

Thank you for thinking highly enough,
To shine your love upon me,
Never had I ever imagined,
That true love would ever find me,

You are the rose that opens in the sun,
You put bells on my shoes every day,
I look to the future with love in my eyes,
And making you happy in the same way.
