Joker
I see you
You hid behind your smiles
When you wanted to frown
You hid behind your painted expressions
When you wanted to be alone
You hid behind everything
When you wanted nothing
But now there is nothing to hide behind
Joker
I see you
You hid behind hate
When you wanted love
You hid behind happiness
When you were scared
You hid behind a mask
When you wanted to be seen
But now I say
Joker
I see you
You hid behind me
When you wanted to protect me
You stayed with the world
When you were scared of everything
You hid behind everyone else
When you were scared of yourself
And still I say
Joker I see you
I see you when you want to frown
I see you when you want to be alone
I see you when you want nothing
I see you when you want love
I see you when you're scared
I see you when you want to be seen
I see you when you want to protect me
I see you when you're scared of the world
I even see you when you're scared of yourself
