Joy In Tomorrow Poem by Giggy HIKIT

Joy In Tomorrow

Rating: 5.0

There’s a joy in tomorrow. The excitement of waking up for an unplanned day. Anything can happen in a tomorrow, the only question is will you be there to share it with me?

These seas need a sailin’, and these skies a flyin’. These mountains a climbin’, and these plains a trekkin’.

So will you keep me company on this voyage?

Through unmapped lands, and uncrossed skies we’ll find our own happiness.

And when we’re done searchin’ this earth, we’ll move on to the next!

We’ll shoot for the moon, and land in the stars!

In this vast universe, I’m sure there’s a place for you and me.

Why limit ourselves to one adventure? One journey or one voyage?

I’d rather spend my lifetime going through the unknown.

The only solid thing I want in my life is knowing you’ll walk these steps with me.

We’ll throw away our maps, because where we’re going, no one’s been.

We’ll get rid of our fears and await the unavoidable.

We’ll forget reason and accept the unexplainable.

We’ll disregard limits, ‘cause we’re gonna grasp the unreachable.

So I’ll greet tomorrow with a vigor that no one’s seen!

I’ll laugh at the past, and enjoy the present, but there’s a joy in tomorrow that can’t be explained.

So let us spend it together, you and me, because without you even a tomorrow’s not worth livin’ through.
