Judgment Day Poem by Loraine Thomas

Judgment Day

Rating: 5.0

There is a judgment day coming
when all will be judged.
For all the evil things we have done.
We will have to give account for
the careless word we utter.
To Jesus Christ God's only begotten son. The wicked shall say Lord I'm so sorry,
for all things I have done.
And they will say Lord forgive me,
for serving Satan the wicked one. Others will say, "Forgive me Jesus,
for what I did to you."
Jesus will say I'm sorry too,
Depart from me I never knew you! I died for you upon a tree,
I gave you faith, grace and liberty.
God gave you a gift,
and it was me.
But now I know you not.
Depart from me.
