Judo Lover Throws A Fit Poem by John W. McEwers

Judo Lover Throws A Fit

We were lovin' it up
a storm and you said
you wouldn't always be with
me but I ain't taking
all this meanness
from your face so I
said you and me are done
and I won't take such
things
because I am a man who
knows he's worth it
and who needs love
but you give worry
I loved you full and
loved you well but you
broke all my trust
and she said no
you ain't goin' nowhere
with her fist and grabbed
my collar and the wine
spilled on that sofa bed
