Just 23 (Tortoise) Poem by Indranil Bit

Just 23 (Tortoise)

A simple tortoise
To move its hands in free air
Dozy at me always

Simple it does look
With a green coat on its back
And a swinging neck

Always nodding head
A mesmerizing pair of eyes
A short sway-sway tail

A small gift sometimes
Rise above all feelings of joy
Dancing clay tortoise

Of all it has have
The cutest is the small tail
Dance in own sweet glory

Every morning it feels
My heart with an immense joy
With swinging little tail
