Just Dessert Poem by Randy McClave

Just Dessert

I don't wish any bad upon you
Those words are honest and true,
And I wish you no suffering or pain
And I wish you no worries or stress or strain.
I want you to have a very long and happy life
With very little hurt, sadness or strife
And unto you this fact I will tell
I most definitely don't want you to end up in Hell.
I don't want you to end up in the fiery lake
Where the sinners God did forsake,
Unto you that I don't wish or bequeath
With the endless suffering and the gnashing of the teeth.
Remember you reap what you sow
And with you and unto you it will flourish and grow,
You don't treat people like mud or dirt
If you do, God will give you your just dessert.
