Just Go Poem by Josephine Lauderdale

Just Go

As I think
Where i might go
Around the world
I do not know
The light around me changes
Capturing the thrill
Of possibilities
It asks me
Not to think about it
Without directions
Or a map

I find other things to do
I clean it out
I sort it out
I catch up on the bills
I fill it with gas
And give it a wash

And get a good nights sleep

Before I hit the road
