Hate is a strong word
I hate him just in case
Not because I dont like him
That's not the case
but because late at night when the tears are rolling down your face
and you were just another heart he planned to break
I'll hold you in my arms and swear at his name
I love that you're happy.
I truly do
but when he breaks your heart
I'll be the one you turn to
So I hate him just in case

Because when he breaks your heart.
Yours won't be the only one he breaks.
