Just Like You Poem by Anna Wozniak

Just Like You

Just like wind tickles gently beautiful wings of a butterfly,
That's how touched my heart is when you hold me.

Just like a bee survives from sweet nectar of flowers,
That's how I survive from your love.

Just like a wind moves waves on an ocean
That's how moved I am when you kiss me.

Just like a sensitive breeze draws a variety of pictures on sand
That's how you drew my life.

Just like music of dancing leafs on trees in a forest on a windy day,
That's how you made my soul sing.

Just like a light of hope coming from stars in a deep night,
That's how you made my wish come true.

Just like a misty fog precisely covers summer mornings
That's how wet my eyes become whenever you leave me.

Just like a stunning rainbow makes a busy crowd slow down a little bit,
That's how you made my life colourful.

Just like a bird sailing through the silky duvets of clouds,
That's how I want to sail my life with you
