Just That Much Poem by maggie signaigo

Just That Much

Rating: 5.0

Something was always missing
On which I could not put my finger
Kinda like you had just left the room
But your essence still would linger

Like I’d known you for all my life
Yet missed you just as long
Just a melody that haunted me
But no words to the song

Like the most romantic sunset
And I was all alone…
Patiently I waited for you
To make your presence known

Suddenly it all made sense
This enigma of my heart
My soulmate's path must lead to me
If our nirvana is to start

So here I am …with open arms
Anxious for your touch
I’ll wait for you…all my years
Or miss you …just that much.
