Just Us Is Mine Poem by Francis Cameron

Just Us Is Mine

It would take ten million lifetimes to begin to comprehend

Just a portion of your distortion such a twisted morbid blend

All the pain and your shame morphed you into
A person you could never choose

Your spirit used to flourish
filled with courage and it's peace

Until the choice was made to turn from grace
and worship Satan at his feet

The thief, ain't slow; they come, they go
as fast as they can run

This thief; I know, She sold her soul
for Satan's silver tongue

Some day surely, soon enough
we all shall be deceased

Can't take a treasure chest
after all you've spent not even a receipt

Your trial date beside the gates
they show you what they've seen

The footage of your life and crimes
Displaying on the screen,

Watching as you murdered love
and tortured trust but both got called a suicide
It was all based upon the testimony only you provided

Even worse when you stripped an angels wings and stole the light inside it
