Just We

Tried to be hard,
but couldn't.
Tried to act fast,
but couldn't.
Tried to chase,
but couldn't
Tried to hurt,
but couldn't.
Tried to run,
but couldn't.
Tried to cry,
but couldn't.
Tried to laugh,
but couldn't.
Tried to lie,
but couldn't.
Tried to hate,
but couldn't.

Tried to -
Just tried to

In the end,
realised-
we are what we are,
not less, not more,
just we-
just perfect.
