Juvinielle Romance Poem by Cassie Picariello

Juvinielle Romance

Rating: 5.0

In this dream of self destruction,
I see your shadow.
Amongst the wrongly persecuted,
You lay face down in the dirt.

Unseen, unheard, unwanted,
You have given up all signs of joy.
Drunked slurrs;
Creating corrupt loyalty amongst us,
And disheartening the distressed.

False promises of love,
And deception kept at bay;
And as my life flashes past my eyes,
I reach out and cry for a stronghold;

For yet another night terror come and past,
Tells the end of my story of juvinielle romance.
