Karen Poem by Oluwadamilare Israel

Karen

I'll sing you a symphony
A harmony of love
A tale of fate
Unpredicted but fate

I'll sing you the bard,
A hard-won hat
A princeful tad
Of life and hale

I'll trim the cards
And veil the odds
I'll beat the drums
Of love - your love.

I'll tell the gods
Your love is sweet
Guiltless and hale.
I'll sing the feasts
That praise your love

My dove, my love
My priestess of dreams
You are my heavenly thrills.
