Karma Poem by ME Truly

Karma

Rating: 5.0

Please, God, assist me in finding a way to alleviate the anguish I'm feeling as a result of my sorrows. My heartbeats have slowed, and my smiles have shifted. I jumped from the clouds, only to be tricked by my own karma. How could I have been so blind to my own worth? What kind of person could I be? Oblivious to the distinction between seeking love and deserving to be loved! My trust was limitless, and I was willing to be led astray for a brief moment by deception. I questioned my morals and ignored my beliefs. Vulnerability is my weakness, and it appears to be killing me slowly. I gave everything I had to remember my kind of love, only to be met with pain. That feeling I know oh so well! That feeling that has you begging God! Oh God, please assist me...
