Yeah things may get hard
But they were never gonna be easy
You just gotta stand tall
Through the rise and the fall

Strength, is something you choose
Its something you can never lose
Its always deep inside
Waiting for you to find

So I just want you to know
Know, that your allowed to cry
To let it all out
To just scream and shout
So know, that I can be your shoulder
So you can just let it go
Set your fears and worries free
Cause your allowed to cry
