All you do in German
to make a 'button' or a 'goitre'
from a 'head'
is slip an 'n' or 'r'
between the 'K' and the 'o' of 'Kopf'.
A button is a Knopf
and a goitre's a Kropf.
Nothing is cuter than a quokka,
and you can say a door-knocker's a Klopf.
