Krishna Poem by Shyam Chakraborty

Krishna

Resting in your caressing lap
I found my world, desolate I was,
I am not ashamed of this body,
My drunken lusts for moonless sky
Your dusky mien that bewitch my eyes,
In shrewd earth’s dreary dungeon
My light was you, O Krishna!
