Lag - Poem by Ree Sohn

And, you realized, it did not
Come to you like a thunder stroke
But wetted you slowly
Like that drizzle at dusk
Making you chilly little by little
Making you want to know
Making you want more
With the low undistinguishable murmur,
Or the long wavering of
Farewell, farewell.
