It's your time to go

If I had my way it won't be so.

I can't bear to let you go.


Some people you miss them even more

they were around you a lot before

And you'll miss their presence for sure.


Everyone has their time to die

But we can't change the feeling inside

At times the sadness that reside.


You bury them in your heart and mind

Though they are gone, their memories stay behind.

For God knows what is best, we all at one time or another

will be laid to rest.
