Lake Alone Poem by Angel A. Lockwood

Lake Alone

Swimming uphill
In a Lake
All alone
The water is fidget
Each stroke
is as lifting a stone
One minute you see can life moving
The next minute as a minnow
It is completely gone
Just as life in a battle
When all help
Seems silent
Or Asleep
Yet appears invisible
Absolutely Gone
