Later Amigo Poem by Arrogant Bandit

Later Amigo

Rating: 5.0

She rest her warm head
gently between the middle of my elbow.
Confusion in her face and worry
gazing in her eyes.

She wants comfort her life yet lived.
Just a couple of kids trying
to find whats real.
She says I am the answer
Looked her in the eyes
explained my lifestyle
is less than comfort.

For you to grow,
you must go.
Tears from her eyes,
she asked if this was a lie.
Regretfully nodded no.
Her tone raised, 'I thought
you were different.'

'Your just like the rest'.
'Your just like the rest'.
