Lavishing Pearls Poem by Reynaldo Casison

Lavishing Pearls

Rating: 5.0

Past midnight
Strumming morning glories

Thy voice full with ravishing tenderness

Enchantingly careens like a steadying breeze
Balmy with embrace

And I am honored to feel
Honored to feel it's undulations
Riveting with yearning

I could remain there beyond seasons
Lavishing like modest oyster shells

Incubating pearls
so fine to the grain
With the ambient purr of the ocean bed
Beseeching rare tones

I deeply care to fully appreciate
Not oblivious to its galvanizing
Endearments

I kiss you so deeply within my palpitations

We're flying like evening bells
Abundant with morning stars
