Law Breakers/Brand Freakers - Poem by Gunde Narsing Rao

If delirious minds wander without a proper handling
Branding ‘just' themselves with sacred Brand struggling,
All mediums they crave no less established qualified skills
Only to slash to ash on road to brazenly trip murky Wills,
Animals quite hate at humans replacing their such trend
In guise of barren professionalism; competing yet slend,
Always is distinction between brand and product to use
May belongs to owner's but not the Brands only to abuse,
Law should pravail above all such commercial in nature
Brand to follow suit while preserving its valued culture,
Riding Logos doesn't entail tarnish hard earned value
But expects to respect while securing sacred legal view,
While Brand makers always cherish being a law abiders
To persuade ‘customers' not be law breakers as Brand 'riders'.

Poet's Notes about The Poem

Nothing is produced in a vacuum yet something to be sacrificed and
through a rigorous process with a certain qualification. This something should be applicable to commercial Brands, their companies production and services. Every Brand is an idea for which huge money, man power were fetched beside somuch expectations to be a winner among equals for successful company, or even to survive that not yet ready to die at the cost of thousands of employees and with huge investment. Branding is an essential marketing tool/weapon to eake out an edge against rivals which requires stupendous amount of energy and planning right from its origin as an idea to an accomplished product before its desired customer. But things doesn't stop here for any company, infact, true, and real battle starts from here as if that creating just 'Brands/Values', is less than its sustainability and to survive for considerable time to meet its cost efficiency as stipulated.After production, the Sale arena which mostly covered by customer services, should focus on the ‘utilization' of Brand value along with Logo, Design, and its Utility - as the Brand values were created against hardships and hard earned qualifications and experiences while being at the centre of ones entire career, should be protected.To do this, marketing, even after Sales or customer services, should become as a force, to vigil, and even enforce their strategies that no customer of their sold product or services should indulge in unlawful or illegal or illegitimate or unconstitutional activities, atleast, see that their Brand values(as either products/services directly involving in or helping) should not be part of their murky, cunny sociological or ideological games at the cost of sacred and respected secular corporate companies and their products and services. Particularly in creative arenas (fiction/nonfiction) narratives either in films or literature, which are the succinctible mediums having potential 'power' to persuade audience or readers or spectators into their(Authors/Makers) individual favour at the cost of unrelated Brands and their secualr values which treats each and every customer as their own irrespective of any discrimination per see. If found any such 'customer', who happened to be desperate to live on the Brand's as oxyzen for unlawful survival, should be punished seriously through law enforcement so that he should not break law again as a owner of respectable Brand product or services. Because in any society Lawful activities holds legitimacy and the product/services creating entities themselves were lawful business organization providing lawful services/products, should also concentrate that their Brand values are not diminished or, infact, in intact with its vision and philosophy for which companies are being created and sustained for against somany hurdles from their rivals to reach such considerable position along with hard earned Brand values for years of sacrifice and hardwork by its qualified inceptors and managers. Any Brand company is selling just their product/service for meaningful gratification or consumption for respectable customers but not selling ther Brand values—Logos, Designs, Quality and its popularity and visibility -which always remains the Property/Right of its original company/persons, under whom's the actual Brand ownership rests with legally and morally that they do anything to protect their Brand values from law breakers, even if they happened to have been their own employees or sold customers. Because, as sharp knife is always and morally meant for at kitchen, not for a murder.
