Law Is Not Law, Justice Is Not Justice

Law is not law if not considered with mercy and clemency,
Justice is not justice if not shown with compassion and pardon
As rigorous punishment is not all.

Hence, I say to you, review your judgement! What is not fallible?
Resolve to legislate for human welfare and knowledge
Not for severe punishment.
