Leave Me Alone - Poem by Dexsta Ray

I'm telling you, they won't, leave me alone
With the spells
Talk about me like I did something
Lying to themselves
In the book of
Psalms
Everything is named, like I don't supposed to say, something back when people come from me
Ain't staying in they place
Lord knows
I saw the doors close
But it's still the
Same
But I'm through acknowledging of all little things
Just… just leave me alone
Beat it
Name out your mouth
If it's negative and untrue and just mainly flout
Without a doubt
If I ever slip, God'll catch my back
For He knows I'm not a villain
I'm just trying to match His
Facts

Some folks I don't talk to and never have.. religiously bash and put me down for naught
Creating reasons to put me down
I speak up
Then they want to come get me

All I say is.... God bless you
And I pray He sustains you
And bless you
