Leaving Poem by XxxBellicose BarbiexxX

Leaving

Thanks you taught me so well
but I'm afraid I have to say farewell.
Because the screeching and screaming were really gonna keep me.
I walk away with nothing to say nothing
but the cold nights embrace and a smile on my face.
It was no secret I screamed it.
I couldn't stand anymore prodding or poking ha ha now
you know I wasn't joking.
I don't blame you I just hate you.
I do now know and very well understand that
your heart died long ago and nothing is there but a black hole.
You say you'll miss me but I look into your eyes and know its all lies. Funny how i can remember back to those years
when you said you would care and always be there crazy those images of you are all faded and hazy.
Maybe long ago I was you baby but thanks you taught me so well.
