Legendary Peace Poem by jayson cumal

Legendary Peace

Rating: 5.0

Cry! Yowl! Holler and Anger!
From Nation's devastation that leads us to fear,
Downpour of the "little boy" from the planes of scare,
Let's have a glimpse from the past, my beloved friend.

Holocaust, conflict, wars and destruction,
Unstoppable hostility and lingering conflagration,
Is there a place for peace in this world of desolation?
Answer my question, my deep interrogation!

Like the roaring thunder that split in my ear,
A blasting bomb that washed out the Earth,
Voice of the human being started to be heard,
They fought ‘til the end of their lives, for the freedom they seek.

History of sovereignty, peacefulness and freedom,
Is because of the ancestors who battled on war,
Who conquered the death, burden and crisis,
to breadth the freedom and the legendary peace.
