We hurt others to cover up our pain
But we never want them to hurt us back.
Yet it is fairness that we lack.
If we learn this trait it would be our gain.
I wish that all people could be humane.
We’d get along if we wouldn’t attack,
if we didn’t stab friends in the back.
Maybe then all our friendships would remain.

There is this saying “friends are forever”
And this happens often, trust is the key.
Friends are there for you through good times and bad.
We hope that our friendship won’t endeavor.
In the olden times friends could meet for tea.
So make a new friend and don’t be sad.
