Missunderstood - Poem by Chelsea Kulesha

'Just do it and you'll feel better'
That's all I ever hear.
But do you know how hard it is?
Getting out of bed,
Getting in the shower,
Getting dressed,
Even breathing?
All of this is done in pain.

If only you knew how hard it is to hear those words,
'There is nothing wrong with you, you just need mental help',
From a doctor! !
Then finally someone tells you that they know what is wrong with you.
But it can never be fixed.
I get to live the rest of my life in pain.
Oh sure, there are ways to make it less painful,
but not in the stress I go throught daily.

Your happy in a way because you finally know what it is..
They say you don't fit all of the symptoms because yours are different.
and your on the hunt again.
For a cure...
An answer...
But most of all a shoulder to cry on.
