Let Down, Down, Down - Poem by Alexzia Ferdinand

Reach out just stretch a little bit
i'm dangling here
on the end of a sentence.
a lonely shrug and a sigh
or your words
slowly draw me back
when you go
i can't help but fall
it's a letdown
but a soft one at least
just make me know
love should be extraordinary
wouldn't you agree?
