Let 'Em Fly - Poem by Taryn Bowman

Let 'em fly.
Let 'em roam.

But why?
Why not keep 'em home?

They are us.
We are them.

Entwined.

Emeshed.

Worn thin.

We are one.
We are home.

But let 'em fly!
Let 'em roam!

Poet's Notes about The Poem

About my children and, really, any relationship.
I wrote this because I found poemhunter.com last night and was inspired!
