Let Her Show Begin Poem by Legan …

Let Her Show Begin

Breathing deep to calm a racing heart,
but they both knew this was doomed right from the start.
In 7 hours he'll sink down to the bottom of her ocean,
with all the other bad decisions that started with good gin.

Rip my heart out from my throat and take it to the deep end with you.
Will you?

He takes his Whiskey neat like he takes his lady,
but now she is drunk up on whisky, loud and crazy.

Blue blood forced into her arteries,
broken, bruised and on her knees,
like all the victims of the king,
she's ready darling, let the show begin.
