Let Him Take Your Load Poem by Mohabeer Beeharry

Let Him Take Your Load

Let joy possess you.
When it rains and you are drenched
Say it is a blessing from heavens.

When you trust your near and dear
And they let you down
And your eyes are full of tear, your heart of pain
Bless them.

When strangers surround you with arms of love
And bright smiles
And you feel enlivened and robust,
Praise thegood God who acts so subtly.

Life is not always a bed of rose,
Still it isn't a bed of thornseither.

We till the mind as we till the land.
We take care to grow flowers,
Some thorns are bound to appear,
Sometimes more thorns than blooms!

Our heart breaks
Our eyes are full of tears.
Wecry, but we cry in vain.

Stand still for a moment, then bend down and pick your load,
And hit the road again, for life is motion.
Stop and you are swallowed by the dust,
And tears!

Somewhere beyond this sun and moon
Somewhere beyond thisfalse and cumbrous appearances
Someone is watching,
Silently He is renewing yourstrength
Helping you with your load.
