Let Jesus Christ Be Praised

Let Jesus Christ be praised
For what great things He hath done
Who dealt with sin accordingly
And has the victory won
My assurance by His Word
With the witness of the Spirit
Whomsoever trusts in Christ
One day His voice we'll hear it

Our Shepherd paved the way
His blood our purifier
Sinless was our Lamb of God
Our Redeemer...Sanctifier
Now set apart for Him
To own His worthy cause
Because He lives we shall live
Death to us is just a pause

Then praise God in the presence
Of our King of kings
Surrounded at the Throne of Grace
Where the host of heaven sings
That new song God shall give
That never was heard before
To the honor and praise of the Son
With whom we'll live with forevermore!

Hallelujah what a Saviour!
