Let Kindness Grow Poem by Tor Magnor Solvang

Let Kindness Grow

Deep inside the coldest stone,
A hidden spark begins to glow.
No matter where the shadows fall,
Or how the bitter winters blow.

The tangled weeds, the broken wall,
Cannot erase the light within.
There is a seed that waits to bloom,
Beneath the layers of our sin.

We look for goodness, small and still,
In every heart, in every soul.
We tend the garden of our will,
To make the jagged pieces whole.

Let kindness rise like morning sun,
And help the quiet beauty grow,
Until the good in everyone
Is all the world will need to know.
