Be kind to those you meet,
Their struggles may run deep.
Your anger, when it blows,
Just makes their hurt grow.

Your own heart, keep it tame,
Don't join the blaming game.
When others fall so low,
Let understanding flow.

But look inside your soul,
And keep your temper whole.
Don't judge with hasty eye,
As tempers rise up high.

You need not hold the reins,
Of every joy and pains.
Some things are not your own,
Let higher seeds be sown.

Release the heavy load,
Upon a gentler road.
Trust what is meant to be,
And find your inner glee.
