Let Me Forget. Poem by angela anna

Let Me Forget.

Do you hear my deepest cries?
Wishing that everything inside me dies?
When I'm silent do you think I'm day dreaming?
Or do you know my mind is screaming?
Don't you see that I'm grieving?
Don't you see I'm done believing?
Everything she did, everything she said.
Make it end, please, just make it end.
My heart is bleeding, hand me a towel.
My heart is dying, in all this pain, it starts to howl.
My heart doesn't need this. It just needs to mend.
Please, let me forget her. Please, let my heart mend.
