Let's Poem by Samantha Stough

Let's

Let’s hang out
So we can not give a damn together
Let’s lie our brains out
So we can get to straight to the pleasure
Let’s try so hard to maintain our walls
That we’ll collapse into a quiet embrace
A million times I’ll ask you why
But it always blows up in my face
Would you be a dear
And whisper something in my ear?
Something you never told anybody else
Just so I can stop worrying about myself
I promise I’ll return the favor
Your kisses always have that lovely cancerous flavor
Shall we?
Let’s.
