Let's Die It - Poem by Geoff Smith

Dark nightmares deep wakeful mind
hearing losing soulful bind
Lark like voices in my head
searing parties needing bed

Saying stuff don't wanna hear
bending always my third ear
Laying down finally dare
Sending messages two scare

Life from my restless body
led drawn now very bawdy
Rife lonely effete matters
dead now sow listless scatters

Topic(s) of this poem: death, mental illness, nightmares, psychological, sleep, suicide

Form: Syllabic Verse
