You’re not supposed to be here
Still I let you in
Can’t let you know
I can’t see I can’t breathe
Part of the consequence
Don’t touch me

I long to see you smile
Hear you laughing
Though it will never be with me
I don’t have the heart to love
Or the will to give
So why do I invite you in

I tremble when your voice rings
Whispering over me in my sheets
Don’t wanna be this
And I can’t need this
Stay with me

When you’re here I can’t see can’t breathe
Your eyes blind me to every thing
Your scent so intoxicating
Your every touch deepening a hunger I can’t feed

How I long to see you smile
Hear you laughing
Though it’ll never be with me
