Staring out across the coffee shop
Seeing everyone coming and going
Disappearing into my mind
Feeling calm amidst this bustling

Staring straight forward into peace
People around me loosing significance
Seeing clearly my thoughts
Breathing and letting go


Allowing a sense of calmness to spread
Visualising myself acheiving goals
Being the person I know is possible
Watching the vision play out

No longer aware of my thoughts or the people near by
Totally engaged with my mind and vision
Letting go of all thoughts of not acheiving
