Liberation Of Soul (Real Poem) Poem by Ahatisham Alam

Liberation Of Soul (Real Poem)

Rating: 5.0

Walking just like an innocent child.
I was crossing a lonesome wild.
I found myself being chased (by a lion) .
Was running to be escaped.

Finally, I found a ditch to hide.
A python was waiting at another side.
All the struggle or strife.
Was useless to save the life.

Being helpless I watched above.
Found a hope as a tree bough.
Caught it to cling.
As though a life string.

Then downward I beholded.
The lion was staring at me.
The python with its mouth opened.
Perhaps the death was sure to come.

Ah! What a troublesome scene.
Two mice were cutting the stem green.
One black another white.
Like the colours of day and night.

Trembling with fear, thinking for dive.
I saw far above a honey bee hive.
With a sweet dropp I forgot my grief.
Still the life was in brief.

Ah! The mice cut the stem.
The lion jumped upon and tore my flesh.
The body was finished and bones were left (for the python) .
But now, the Soul was liberated.

From the struggles we live, we learn to survive...learned to drive in the way it should be...We become strong and free our soul from the past of our craft... Cate
